Thursday 24th December 1700 - Saturday 26th December 0800 - no cover
Saturday 26th December 0800 - Thursday 31st December 1700 - engineer cover
Thursday 31st December 1700 - Saturday 2nd January 0800 - no cover
Saturday 2nd January 0800 we will go back to normal and have cover 24/7
The Call Centre will take full details of the breakdown and forward them onto the Out of Hours Engineer to attend site.
